1. Not official, not advice

We are not affiliated with IRCC or the Government of Canada. Timelines are self-reported and not verified. Statistics and estimates are for general information only and are not immigration, legal or other professional advice. Rely on official IRCC sources, or consult a licensed consultant (RCIC) or lawyer.

2. Your submissions

You confirm the information is your own (or a family member’s, with their consent) and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit other people’s data, fabricated timelines, or identifying information such as names, UCI, application numbers or contact details. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your anonymous timeline and include it in aggregate statistics; the licence ends when you delete your timeline.

3. Prohibited conduct

No scraping, bots or bulk downloading without written permission; no bulk copying, republishing or commercial use of our data or design; no false or duplicate submissions; no attempts to access or alter others’ timelines; no circumventing rate limits or security measures. Personal, non-commercial sharing (e.g. screenshots) is welcome with attribution to eCOPRadar.

4. Intellectual property

The eCOPRadar name, logo, design, text and aggregate datasets belong to eCOPRadar. Individual timelines remain the property of the people who submitted them.

5. Third-party links and partners

Links to external sites such as IRCC are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. Any sponsored or partner content will be clearly labelled and will not affect the data shown.

6. Moderation

We may remove timelines that appear false, duplicated or in breach of these terms, and may restrict access for abuse, without notice.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of availability or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

9. Changes and contact
