eCOPRadar（ecopradar.ca，下称“本站”或“我们”）是一个独立的社区项目，帮助 Express Entry 申请人分享和查看审理时间线。我们按照加拿大《个人信息保护和电子文件法》（PIPEDA）的原则处理你的信息。本站与 IRCC 及加拿大政府没有任何关联。

1. 我们收集什么

你填写的时间线：申请类别、EE PNP 提名省份、各节点日期（如递交、AOR、指纹、体检、资格、背调、Portal、eCOPR、安调、补件）。
选填信息：护照所属地（CN / HK / TW / 其他）、主要和次要签证处。你可以选择不填。
用户名：只用于你回来更新。我们只保存用户名经过加密哈希后的结果，不保存原文，也无法还原。提交成功页显示的用户名只临时存在你当前浏览器标签页中，关闭后即清除。
技术信息：为了防止滥用，我们会记录登录和提交请求来源 IP 的加密哈希值（不保存原始 IP），24 小时后自动删除。托管服务商可能会在服务器日志中短期保留访问记录。

2. 我们不收集什么

我们不收集姓名、邮箱、电话、UCI、申请号、IRCC 账户信息或任何文件。请不要在任何地方填写这些信息。

3. 我们怎么使用这些信息

在“最新动态”和“全部时间线”中展示匿名时间线；
计算汇总统计（例如中位数、分布图）；
让你用“AOR 日期 + 用户名”或本设备的登录状态回来更新；
防止刷数据、暴力尝试登录等滥用行为。

我们不会出售你的信息，不会把它提供给广告商，也不会用于个性化广告。

4. 公开展示的内容

公开的时间线会显示：申请类别、主要和次要签证处、护照所属地（如填写）、各节点日期和天数。用户名永远不会公开。按护照所属地等分组的汇总统计，样本少于 10 份时不显示，以降低被识别的风险。请注意：日期组合本身有可能被熟悉你的人认出，如果你担心，可以只填写大概日期或不填护照所属地。

5. 同意与撤回

提交时间线前，你需要勾选同意上述公开展示和统计用途。你可以随时在“我的申请”页面删除自己的时间线来撤回同意。

6. Cookie

本站只使用一个必要的 Cookie，用来在本设备上记住你的登录状态（勾选“记住我”时保存 1 年，否则关闭浏览器后失效）。我们目前不使用分析、追踪或广告类 Cookie。如果以后增加，会先更新本政策。

7. 存储位置与服务商

数据库存放在加拿大境内的服务器上。我们使用第三方服务商提供网站托管、数据库和网络加速服务，这些服务商可能在加拿大以外的地方处理技术数据（例如访问日志），并受其合同中的保密和安全义务约束。

8. 保存期限

时间线：保存到你删除为止。
防滥用记录（IP 哈希）：24 小时。
服务器日志：按托管服务商的设置，通常不超过 30 天。

9. 安全措施

全站使用 HTTPS 加密传输；用户名和 IP 只以加密哈希形式保存；登录尝试有频率限制；数据库访问仅限运营者。没有任何系统能保证百分之百安全，如发生可能对你造成重大风险的数据泄露，我们会按 PIPEDA 的要求处理和通知。

10. 你的权利

查看和更正：在“我的申请”和“更新进度”页面随时查看和修改。
删除：在“我的申请”页面底部永久删除。
其他问题：请联系 sk8errgurrl@gmail.com。因为我们不知道你是谁，只能处理能通过“AOR 日期 + 用户名”验证的请求。
如对我们的回复不满意，你可以向加拿大隐私专员办公室（Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada）投诉。

Privacy Policy (English)

eCOPRadar (ecopradar.ca, “we”) is an independent community project that lets Express Entry applicants share and compare processing timelines. We handle personal information in line with the principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We are not affiliated with IRCC or the Government of Canada.

What we collect

Your timeline: program (CEC / EE PNP), nominating province (PNP), and milestone dates.
Optional: passport region (CN / HK / TW / Other) and primary and secondary visa offices.
Username: used only to let you return and update. We store a keyed hash, never the username itself.
Technical: a keyed hash of your IP address for rate limiting, deleted after 24 hours; our hosting providers may keep short-term server logs.

What we don’t collect

No names, email, phone numbers, UCI, application numbers, IRCC account details or documents.

How we use it

To display anonymous timelines, compute aggregate statistics, let you update your own timeline, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your information or use it for targeted advertising.

What is public

Program, primary and secondary visa offices, passport region (if provided) and milestone dates. Usernames are never shown. Aggregate statistics by group are suppressed below 10 records. A combination of exact dates could still be recognised by someone who knows you; you may enter approximate dates or leave optional fields blank.

Consent and withdrawal

You consent when you submit. You can withdraw at any time by deleting your timeline on the “My application” page.

Cookies

One essential cookie keeps you signed in on this device (1 year if you choose “remember me”, otherwise until the browser closes). No analytics, tracking or advertising cookies are used at this time.

Storage and service providers

Our database is hosted in Canada. Hosting, database and network providers may process technical data (such as access logs) outside Canada under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Retention

Timelines: until you delete them. Rate-limit records: 24 hours. Server logs: per provider settings, generally no more than 30 days.

Safeguards

HTTPS everywhere, hashed usernames and IP addresses, rate-limited sign-in, and operator-only database access. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will respond as PIPEDA requires.

Your rights

View, correct or delete your timeline yourself on the site, or contact sk8errgurrl@gmail.com. Because we don’t know who you are, we can only act on requests we can verify with your AOR date and username. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

We will update the date above and notify users on the site of material changes. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the English version prevails.
